FAQ's
How do I prepare for a body treatment? ​We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes early to enjoy a glass of our Korean herbal tea and relax before your appointment. Ensure that you wear loose clothing so that you are comfortable, and if you are having a scrub or a wrap, do not exfoliate or shave/wax within 2 days of your treatment.
What should I wear? During the treatment you will be wearing your underwear (covered by towels and blankets for warmth, and on a heated bed) and our scrub and wrap treatments we can offer a disposable g-string if you are worried about product getting on your clothing.
What is the best treatment for dry skin? Our Body Concept Salt Scrub and Glow Peel are excellent treatments for dry body skin and will leave your skin exfoliated, glowing and hydrated.
I have back acne, what's the best treatment for me? In our Acne solutions menu we offer treatments specifically designed to treat back acne, so we recommend booking one of those treatments rather than a body treatment.
How often can I have body treatments? Body treatments can be done as frequently as every week, so if you love treating yourself we will love to pamper you as often as you like!
Can I have a body treatment while pregnant? Yes, our massage and body scrub are safe during pregnancy and we have a special pregnancy menu including a spa package so that you can pamper yourself before your little one arrives.
Can I come with a friend? Are we in the same room? Of course you can visit with a friend! Our hair spa is a communal space with privacy curtains between our beds so you can enjoy those services together, whereas our other services are enjoyed in the exclusivity of your own room - massages and facials are performed in complete privacy.
I want to come with my partner, but he is a bit on the hairy side - is this ok? Of course! We welcome both men and women and body hair is not a contraindication for our treatments, with the exception of our body scrub and mud wraps. Massage, Glow Peel, Facial and Hair Spa are all suitable treatments that will leave you both glowing, relaxed and refreshed.
