Elara Subscription Terms & Conditions Welcome to the Elara Subscription experience. By joining one of our curated self-care memberships, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Subscription Term All Elara Subscriptions are for a 12-month term and are billed on a weekly basis via Visa debit or credit card through our secure payment provider, Stripe. 2. Payments Weekly payments are deducted automatically and begin from the day of sign-up. Payments are non-refundable once processed. All payment details are securely stored and managed by Stripe. Elara Spa does not store any credit card information directly. 3. Cancellations & Pausing Should you wish to cancel your subscription, we require a minimum of four (4) weeks written notice. You may pause your subscription at any time, for up to 12 weeks in total per calendar year. Pauses must be requested in writing and take effect from the following billing cycle. Pausing or cancelling your membership will suspend access to your benefits and privileges during the inactive period. 4. Monthly Credit Each month, you’ll receive a credit amount based on your chosen tier, credited to your account. Credits may be used on any full-priced service, including clinical treatments, spa rituals, and light therapy services. Credits cannot be redeemed for retail products, promotions, or packages. Credits roll over and accumulate for the duration of your active subscription and expire if the subscription is cancelled. 5. Shared Privileges Once per calendar quarter, you may invite a friend to share in your Elara experience, extending your exclusive pricing and masterclass access for one visit. This benefit is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the member and guest together or pre-approved by our team. 6. Appointment & Booking Policies All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We exclusively reserve your treatment time just for you. As such, our standard cancellation policy applies. We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. No-show appointments or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of account credit for the maximum value of the treatment. 7. Benefits & Discounts Discounts on services and products apply only while your subscription is active and cannot be combined with other offers. Birthday Facial or Birthday Ritual must be redeemed within your birthday month and booked in advance. 8. Elara Inner Circle Invitations & Events Invitations to our Inner Circle Masterclass Series and Elara Gatherings are available exclusively to active members. RSVP is essential to secure your place as spaces are limited. 9. Updates to Terms Elara Spa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. You will be notified in writing of any significant changes.
