With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Jo brings unmatched experience and insight to the Elara team. She has held senior positions across major Australian beauty brands including serving as State Manager and has specialised in advanced skin treatments including plasma fibroblast, microneedling, chemical peels, and clinical resurfacing. Jo’s depth of knowledge and leadership in skin health makes her an essential part of both our treatment team and the strategic growth of Elara.

Charlotte is the first warm welcome you’ll receive at Elara. A front-of-house professional currently studying Nursing at The University of Adelaide, she balances her role as concierge with hands-on experience treating clients at our sister clinic. Impeccably presented and naturally nurturing, Charlotte embodies the perfect blend of professionalism and care. Her love for the beauty industry shows in everything she does, from the way she speaks to clients to how effortlessly she makes them feel at home.​

Michaela brings eight years of hands-on experience from some of Adelaide’s leading skin and laser clinics where she also held management roles. Diploma-qualified and deeply passionate about transforming skin, Michaela specialises in acne, barrier dysfunction, and inflammation. Her strength lies in restoring compromised skin back to a clear, balanced state. Clients seeking real change, particularly those navigating challenging skin conditions, will find in Michaela a trusted guide with both knowledge and empathy.

Erin is a results-driven Registered Nurse trained in advanced aesthetic therapies including microneedling, radiofrequency skin tightening, microcurrent, and pHformula dermatological resurfacing. She also holds certifications in body sculpting and laser hair removal. With a clinical eye and a passion for understanding the human body, Erin’s treatments are deeply tailored to help clients optimise their skin health and uncover their natural glow. Her approach is grounded in science and executed with care.

Originally from France, Ines holds a Diploma in Beauty and Spa Therapy and is known for her expert touch and holistic approach to skin and body treatments. With advanced massage skills and a deep understanding of skin care, she delivers highly personalised facials and hair spa rituals that leave a lasting impression. Inez speaks both French and English and brings a calm, confident presence to the Elara team.​​

She introduced advanced buccal sculpting techniques to our team and reshaped the way we approach non-invasive facial contouring at Elara. Nova specialises in lymphatic drainage, radiofrequency tightening, microcurrent, and facial massage with a results-first approach that celebrates natural radiance. She is fluent in Arabic and brings both clinical precision and intuitive care to every treatment.

Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Thai, Samantha combines over 15 years of remedial massage experience with a recently completed Diploma in Dermal Therapies to offer a truly integrated approach to skin health. Her passion lies in the science of the skin, bringing evidence-based treatments and a deeply therapeutic touch to every session. Samantha supports her clients in achieving healthy, luminous skin through advanced techniques and ongoing care.

Her foundation is backed by a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, but it’s her advanced understanding of skin health, particularly in the areas of pigmentation, menopausal skin changes, and long-term rejuvenation, that sets her apart. Liv works closely with her clients to create tailored strategies for lasting skin health and visible confidence.

With a decade of experience behind the chair, Tabitha has built her career around one simple truth: healthy, beautifully styled hair transforms how people feel. Her technical skill and deep knowledge of styling are matched by a sharp eye for detail, particularly when it comes to the perfect blow dry. At Elara, Tabitha’s commitment to consistency and finish has made her a trusted name among clients seeking effortless, polished results.

With years of experience in busy medical clinics, Kelly brings a unique combination of professionalism, warmth, and efficiency to Elara. Currently completing her Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science, Kelly is building deep knowledge of skin health and aesthetic treatments, which she pairs with her natural ability to create a welcoming, elevated client experience.
