Can I have a hair spa with hair extensions? Yes. Our team will handle your extensions with the utmost care, using gentle techniques to minimise any impact. While there is always a small chance of loosening due to water and massage movement, it is no more than what you would expect when washing your hair at home.
Do you treat all hair types and genders? Yes. Our Hair Spa rituals are tailored for every hair type and texture, from straight to coily, and are equally suited to both men and women. At Elara, healthy, beautiful hair is for everyone.
Am I in a private room? No, our hair spa is in a shared room divided by curtains for your comfort and privacy.
Can I come with a friend? Absolutely, we have 4 beds in our hair spa room, meaning we can accomodate up to groups of 4.

Can I have a Hair Spa while pregnant? We recommend enjoying your Hair Spa treatment only during your first trimester. From your second trimester onwards, we do not suggest this service, as the treatment involves lying on your back for an extended period, which can be uncomfortable or inadvisable later in pregnancy. If you are unsure, we encourage you to consult your healthcare provider before booking.
