With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Jo brings unmatched experience and insight to the Elara team. She has held senior positions across major Australian beauty brands including serving as State Manager and has specialised in advanced skin treatments including plasma fibroblast, microneedling, chemical peels, and clinical resurfacing. Jo’s depth of knowledge and leadership in skin health makes her an essential part of both our treatment team and the strategic growth of Elara.

Dr. Chang is an AHPRA registered doctor internationally trained in aesthetic medicine across Australia, London, and Canada. She is a Key Opinion Leader for Hugel and InMode technologies and a trainer for Rejuran Australia. With a background as a Resident Medical Officer, she combines strong clinical foundations with advanced aesthetic expertise. She specialises in Korean style stacked treatment protocols using synergistic technologies to deliver precise, natural looking results.
